Worship: Listening to Steward

Genesis 1:26-31; Psalm 8; Peter 4:8-11; Matthew 25:1a, 14-30 | In the book of Genesis, God gives humanity “dominion” over the earth. Later, in the Psalms, God gives us “dominion” over the works of God’s hands. Unfortunately, “dominion” often carries negative connotations. So then, what does it mean for us to receive God’s commands, and God’s gifts, and to live as stewards of God’s grace? Join us for worship this weekend as we consider our role as partners within God’s Kingdom, and as we surrender ourselves to God as our maker, and giver, of all good things.

Sunday, October 6, 2024, Twentieth Sunday after Pentecost Bulletin
