Mark 1:9-15 | Side mirrors on cars carry the often joked about phrase, “objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.” During the season of Lent, it may seem as though God’s presence, God’s provision, and God’s kingdom are still a long way off. We just started Lent! We’ve still got six more weeks until Easter! But no matter where we find ourselves, we are promised that God’s Kingdom is breaking into our midst. So join us this weekend for worship as we take another step into the season of Lent, confident that God is with us, and turning ourselves in repentance to believe and trust in this Good News.
